1. Who we are
AllCoaching ("we", "us") operates the education platform at allcoaching.in and this landing page at join.allcoaching.in, where educators can learn about the platform and request a free demo. This policy explains what we collect on this page, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
- Details you give us — when you submit the demo form: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email (optional) and role (individual educator or coaching institute).
- Usage & measurement data — with your consent, standard analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from IP, device and browser type) via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta tools.
- Ad attribution — if you arrive from an ad, campaign identifiers in the URL (such as
gclid,fbclidandutm_*parameters) are stored so we know which ad brought you here. These contain no personal details.
3. How we use it
- To contact you about AllCoaching — typically on WhatsApp or by phone/email — and help you set up your studio, which is exactly what the form says it is for.
- To measure our advertising — understanding which campaigns bring genuine educators here so we spend ad money sensibly.
- To improve this page — aggregate analytics about what visitors read and where they drop off.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your form details for anything unrelated to AllCoaching.
4. Cookies, consent and local storage
Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default (Google Consent Mode v2). A consent banner asks for your choice on your first visit; you can decline and still use every part of the page. You can change your mind anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the home page.

5. Who we share data with
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta — measurement and ad attribution, only with your consent. Contact details, where used for ad matching, are hashed.
- Google Workspace — form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the AllCoaching team.
- No one else. We never sell or rent your information.
6. Retention
Lead details are kept for as long as needed to follow up and operate the service, or until you ask us to delete them. Ad-attribution identifiers expire after 90 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) you can, at any time:
- Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- Ask us to correct or delete your details;
- Withdraw consent for analytics/advertising cookies (footer → Cookie preferences);
- Ask us to stop contacting you — one WhatsApp message or email is enough;
- Raise a grievance — we respond within a reasonable time as required by law.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted, and access to lead data is limited to the AllCoaching team. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface deliberately small — this page stores nothing beyond what is listed above.
9. Children
This page is intended for educators and coaching institutes — adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children on this page.
